Jazz in the Vineyards is staged on lawns, which has some sloped and uneven areas. We recommend wearing sensible footwear.
Bring sunscreen, a hat, and a jacket!
WHAT ARE PROHIBITED ITEMS?
Alcoholic beverages, food or any other beverages - Jazz in the Vineyards is a licensed event, all food and beverages will be available for purchase.
Metal cutlery, including cheese knives
Glass - this includes wine glasses, jars, or any other containers or items made of glass
Pets (other than guide dogs)
Pyrotechnics, fireworks, flares, highly flammable or explosive substances
Weapons including knives, scissors, laser pointers or any items that are deemed dangerous by security
There will be a security check at the gate and prohibited items will be confiscated.

Yes. Please ask Security, Event staff or First Aid officers for help. There will be a first aid service attending this event. Please consider others as well as your own safety. If someone is in need of medical attention please let Security, Event staff or First Aid know so they can help.
ARE PASSOUTS AVAILABLE?
No, except in the case of an emergency.
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
The concert will go ahead rain or shine, unless conditions are deemed to be dangerous and unsafe to proceed for concert goers or performers. If the concert is cancelled due to adverse or extreme weather conditions and more than half of the concert is remaining, then tickets will be fully refundable from point of purchase. Please note, a decision may be made to delay the concert, if required.
CAN I SMOKE?
Only in the designated Smoking Areas which are sign posted at every venue. There is NO Smoking allowed in the Reserved Seating areas.
WHERE IS LOST PROPERTY?
If you find or lose something - please go to the merchandise shop. After the event, any lost property will be left at the winery cellar door.
ARE EFTPOS FACILITIES AVAILABLE?
Yes, however we strongly recommend bringing ample supply of cash.
ARE THERE FACILITIES FOR DISABLED PEOPLE?
Yes, disabled toilets, parking and viewing areas are available at the venue.

CAN I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
Unless the concert has been cancelled or rescheduled, or there are legal requirements that provide otherwise (including those of the Australian Consumer Law), tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If the concert is rescheduled, you will be offered equivalent seats at the rescheduled time. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled concert or the concert is cancelled entirely, you are entitled to a refund of the face value of the tickets and the per ticket booking fee. However, once the concert has taken place there is generally no right to a refund or exchange. Please contact us for exact instructions if the concert is cancelled or rescheduled.
CAN LOST TICKETS BE REPLACED?
No. Once the ticket sale is processed the purchase is final. While obviously we sympathize with you if you lose your ticket, we are unable to reissue. Even if we have a record of your purchase, we cannot be certain that other less scrupulous members of the public will not use the ticket. Please treat your ticket like cash, as they are irreplaceable.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A PERFORMER IS REPLACED OR THE PROGRAMME CHANGES?
Management reserves the right to add, substitute or replace an Artist and vary the programme without notice. This usually occurs if an Artist suffers an unexpected illness or if we experience circumstances beyond our control.

WHAT ARE THE TIMINGS FOR THE CONCERT?
Gates open at 11am and the concert concludes at 6pm.
Hope Estate is located in the famous Hunter Valley region in NSW, Australia. It is a two‐hour drive north‐west of Sydney. To get there by car: cross the Sydney Harbour Bridge heading north, and follow the signs to Newcastle and the North Coast, up the Pacific Highway. Follow the Pacific Highway until you reach the National Highway 1 Freeway entrance (F3) at Wahroonga (approximately 30 minutes drive depending on traffic). Travel along the National Highway 1 Freeway (F3) towards Newcastle, in a northerly direction, for approx. 100 kms. Exit the Freeway at the Cessnock/Hunter Valley Vineyards sign. Follow the signs to Cessnock, then to Branxton, along Wine Country Drive, just past Crowne Plaza take a left turn on to Broke Road and travel for about 2km, then turn right into Hope Estate.
